Like many counsellors, I offer a no obligation phone consultation, where you can share what you’d like to get from therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of what it’s like talking to me. After this, if you decide I’m the right therapist for you, you can book an appointment in your own time to meet at my therapy room in central Reading.

Alternatively, I offer phone or video conference therapy for those unable to get to the therapy room, or at times like the current Covid-19 situation where face to face counselling is not possible.
In the first session you can talk more about your goals for therapy, and we can agree how we want to work together. I can work with you on either a short or longer term basis depending on your circumstances on what you what to achieve from counselling.
