I have been running my practice in Reading for over 5 years, and have experience supporting clients with a number of difficulties including anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences and relationship challenges. A genuine, supportive therapeutic relationship can make such a difference if you find yourself facing difficulties in your life.
Sometimes clients want to explore some of the challenges they face in their lives - whether that be looking at some aspects of their past, working through current problems, or exploring their worries about the future. Sometimes they want to build a longer term therapeutic relationship as they explore these areas, having the safey of a regular space to return to as they grow or heal themselves. I can support you in either shorter term, or longer term therapy - you may have a sense of what you prefer already, or this may evolve as we start our work together.

In recent years we have experienced a number of events that continue to impact us all in wide ranging ways.
The covid pandemic, climate change, and war in parts of the world are examples of events that can lead to us feeling unsettled, anxious, and fearful of the future. Talking through how these events and their consequences are impacting you can be helpful.
In therapy with me you will be able to talk about the things that are troubling you, knowing that your thoughts and feelings will be free from judgement - and that the focus will be on you, giving you the space to explore this from your own unique perspective.
